Improvements to the Lorber Building’s existing four-story structure included interior renovations to the second and third floors of the skilled nursing facility. This OSHPD-1 regulated project remained occupied and fully-functional throughout the 11-month project. This required day-today coordination with the general contractor to avoid disruption to residents.
