This $3.9 million, 9,500 square foot project was completed in two phases. Phase One converted two rooms within the C Patient Unit on the first floor of the main hospital into three patient rooms. The remainder of the unit underwent a cosmetic upgrade and a new Nurses Station was added. The first phase was constructed as swing space so that the G Patient Unit could be relocated to accommodate the new construction. Phase Two included the demolition of existing patient rooms as well as the construction of 17 new patient rooms with new utility distribution, finish upgrades, and ADA upgrades.
