This was a complete design build project with pre-construction services, including value engineering to keep the project within the required budget. The campus consists of three new buildings totaling over 97,000 SF, containing Kindergarten through 8th grade classrooms, three swimming pools, gymnasium, full fitness center and administrative offices. There is also extensive site work including two outdoor pools, playfields and outdoor play equipment.
